Yes it's been a while. I haven't had a chance to sit at the computer and write anything. I've been really busy. I tried to answer a few questions here and there on youtube but like I said on the previous post. I've pretty much covered all the basics.
So.. updates of my life.

Oh and a preview of what I am going to edit next. My friend Andrew Vu will be competing this summer in body building so I'll be filming him at least once a week for the next 10 weeks. Watch him get shredded and tear up the competition at Europa show in Dallas.

truongy- thanks man. I dont know.. I've had it forever so maybe 30k ish. I counted. Its been a good daily so far.
Desmond- It is actually for two days because I also make fresh meals if I have time. If not I eat the meals that are pre-made in the tupperware. It'll be okay for a week if you keep it in the fridge. Okay for a month if you freeze it.
Michaelhvu- haha not really my focus at the time. You should check out the show. There's some really big people.

Adam- Protein and creatine is already in your foods (chicken/beef..etc) You won't get enough per day which is why supplements will help.
