T-shirt is pretty soft and comfortable enough to wear everyday. This is a size Large.
I actually wear my own stuff :)
T-shirt material stretches so there's lots of room for big arms.  My arms are about 17 1/4" here.


Here I am wearing a Large Gym Tank Top in White.


Large tank top (washed) worn at the gym. It definitely feels good. The heavy cotton isn't too thick so it is pretty comfortable for lifting. I'm currently 5' 9"  @ 180lbs today.

  6. Hanh I'm curious how much these shirts will shrink. I like them to be somewhat fitted but if I buy Larges and wash/dry them so they shrink I wonder if they will fit as well as buying a Medium.
