Another good update on Arms Workout. I viewed the entire video =] On another note, it's been nearly a year since I started blogging here. Did it as one of your suggestions to folks who wanted to start their fitness journey and that it would help keep us on track (worked wonderfully for me). I've since kept up with blogging (had some periods when I didn't update on blogger but on Facebook instead however). Thank you for your suggestions and the advice you've given out. It definitely helps those who wish to help themselves.
