12.26.12 Hanh Champion Blog Update- Grocery store




Blog update.. going to grocery store to restock my fridge. This video you can get an idea of what I eat.

Items for me:

Orange Juice
Avocados
Bananas
Blackberries
Raspberries
Tangerines
Green Apples
Russet Potatoes
Whole wheat bread
Lean Ground beef
Steak
Eggs
Oatmeal
Mixed Nuts

My meats I buy every other day to keep it fresh. I live close by a few grocery store and my fridge is small so I'm working with what I have. You can save a lot more by buying in bulk if you have the space for it.

Some foods I already have at home:
Ground turkey
Frozen Talapia
Chicken tenderloins
Nuts
Rice

  2. I use the same Sara Lee Whole Wheat bread! :D Now that the Wonder Bread Whole Wheat is gone :(

    Good to know that even YOUR friends try to add their 2cents to your nutritional purchases & YOU'RE HANH! lol It's FRUIT! Of course it's gonna have sugar. NO FAKE sugar added people... SMH...

  3. How much does all that cost you? Its hard for me I have like 100$ a week to spend on food for my wife and I. But I keep eating as much as I can as often as I can.
