ReplyDeleteYo Hanh thanks for the inspiration. I was a skinny Bengali but now I'm a medium-skinny Bengali and soon to be a big Bengali (there are none in the world). I started working out cuz I said I'm not going through this life without having a six-pack at least once, and now I've achieved that. My wife is hot and I figure I should at least try to have one nice feature because I look like a gargoyle otherwise. "What you do in between is up to you", great quote! ReplyDeleteHanh, I really like the pyramid chest workout you got and starting that to build that. I'm 210lbs at 5'5" and my bench is around 335 right now. I want to be 240lbs and benching over 400 so this should do the trick. Also if you have any suggestions on supplements please shoot them my way. Thanks alot man.
